Scope:Includes supply, fabrication, and installation of Cable Trays, Trunking, Ladders, Conduits, and Accessories for Electrical and Low-Voltage Services.
Material:Perforated / ladder type trays made from pre-galvanized steel (as per IS:277), hot-dip galvanized, stainless steel (SS 304/316), or FRP, depending on service environment.
Thickness:Light Duty: 1.2 mm (≤150 mm width), Medium Duty: 1.6 mm (up to 450 mm), Heavy Duty: 2.0 mm (≥600 mm and above).
Finish:
Indoor: Pre-galvanized or powder-coated (≥60-micron epoxy polyester).
Outdoor/Industrial: Hot-dip galvanized after fabrication with zinc coating ≥ 80 microns.
Support System:GI/MS angle or channel supports spaced ≤1.2 m c/c; ceiling-mounted, wall-mounted, or floor-mounted as per layout.
Covers & Accessories:Trays with bolt-on covers, couplers, reducers, bends, tees, risers, and hardware (GI bolts/nuts/spring washers) for complete continuity.
Conduits:Heavy-duty ISI-marked GI conduits (IS:9537 Part-II) or PVC conduits (IS:9537 Part-III) with proper saddles, junction boxes, and bushings.
Earthing & Bonding:All trays and metallic conduits bonded to earth at intervals ≤15 m; continuity ensured via earthing jumpers and galvanized bolts.
Installation:Trays routed neatly with 25% spare capacity; proper separation between power, control, and data cables maintained as per standards.
