Ceiling System: Modular T-bar / concealed grid system with removable panels for AHU, lighting, and service access; fire-retardant core where specified.
Doors & Windows: Flush or sliding cleanroom doors with SS frame, anti-static finish; double-glazed vision panels with airtight sealing.
Sealing & Gaskets: Silicone or EPDM seals on all joints; air-tight and dust-proof; wall-to-wall and wall-to-floor junctions sealed with coved corners where required.
Support & Framing: Aluminum / SS extruded profiles; framework anchored to structural slab or columns; vibration and deflection minimized.
Integration with Services: Provisions for HVAC ducts, electrical conduits, lighting, fire alarms, and other utilities; coordination with civil/structural works for openings and penetrations.
Surface Finish & Hygiene: Smooth, anti-static, non-shedding surfaces; corners rounded/coved; resistant to cleaning agents and disinfectants.
Civil Coordination: Cutting, patching, grouting, floor leveling, and ceiling modifications executed in coordination with structural/civil works; maintain tolerance and alignment for panels.
Standards & Testing: Comply with ISO 14644, GMP, and project-specific cleanliness classification; perform air-leakage, dust, and particle-count tests post-installation.
