Double-skinned or single-skinned canopy type, fully welded construction, with welded grease-drain pan.
Baffle grease filters removable, stainless steel construction, rated for high temperature, easily cleaned.
Integrated lighting: LED or tubular fixture(s) inside the canopy for cooking surface illumination.
Exhaust collar / duct connection sized as per calculated airflow—hood sized to capture the plume of the cooking equipment.
Drain channel/tray beneath filters with grease trap/drain cock to collect condensate and grease.
Finish: Stainless steel handle polish / #4 brushed finish; corners radius for hygiene; accessible for cleaning.
Airflow static pressure allowance typically 60–125 Pa depending on filter and hood route.
